NHRD INDIA Announces the Affordable Rental Program
NHRD INDIA Announces the 2 Schemes under the Affordable Rental Housing Program for the PMAY and Housing for All Mission . The 2 Programs are The Affordable Rental Housing Program and the Rental Ownership Program under NHRD INDIA Bangalore and Chennai Chapters.
These programs would directly benefit around 15000 beneficiaries to avail houses at subsidized rates . These schemes are designed for the Lower, Middle and the Higher income Groups .
Dr.Zacariah the Sr.Director operations said that this program will help beneficiaries who are living in rental dwelling to own houses with the help of these subsidies and solving the problems in home ownerships . He also added that there is a 10% reservations for Working Women under Women Empowerment Program and PCSR Nominations .
